~ Age Range: 18 Months - 8 years old.

Step 1: Intake Form

Please fill out our intake form to get started. After the form has been reviewed one of our staff members will reach out to you by phone call and email.

Step 2: Document Collection

During the initial phone call we will have discussed what documents are required. An email requesting the required documents will have been sent.

Step 3: Initial Assessment & Tour

After all documents have been gathered and reviewed, we will contact you to arrange your initial assessment and in-person tour.

Step 4: Schedule

Once we have obtained the necessary authorization to initiate our services, we will swiftly proceed to develop a customized schedule.
